Crates

Useful and very cheap ..... 
In front of my house there are fruit and vegetable shop, they always throw out or give former crates of vegetables and fruits. 
I often take it to burning fireplace. 
I have long thought of making something from the crates. 
But this time crates made ​​of wood thinner and fragile. 
So I sometimes wait to find crates that I want. 
More solid and perfectly shaped. 

This I have made ​​two crates DIY .... and maybe I'll make some more.

Tiramisù ....

If the air is getting hot, I have already started making cold snacks. 
Tiramisu include cold snacks, I often make it in the summer, well ... of course in the winter does not mean we should not make it ... :-) ..... 
Tiramisu recipe has been a lot of modifications, there are no eggs, or some are mixed with three main ingredients, Mascarpone, cream and egg yolks. 
To wet the Lady Finger biscuits or sponge cake, I do not use coffee water, I use cocoa powder, sugar and a bit of Rhum. 
So the kids could eat it.
