My Quilt

Some of the quilt are available in my little shop.
Only size for baby , I just tried to make a large size.
Yeach .... with two children, the busy life in the house, children's activities outside school, dance, gym, and swimming, I had little time to sew.
I have to give priority to their interests.
My husband said: "You can do what you want, but the family is the first" !! ...
 be patient .... when they grow up, I probably would have more time for sewing ...

DIY .... Sofa Slipcover.

We have two models of sofa at home.

The green one is ours, we bought when for the first time we stay alone, not with the law again.

So a sofa memories for us,:-D .... even if it were so dirty, you know ... with small children at home and they are very active, of course I can not expect, my couch kept clean:-D .... But to buy a new sofa, for me is just a waste of money.

Because I see it, the couch was still in very good condition, no damage anywhere, just dirty.

And the other sofa, cream-colored, is the couch belongs to the mother-in-law, who was already there in this house before.

So .... around the activity at home, children, school, swimming lessons, English courses, homework, my mother-in-law, I try to sew sofa slipcover.

I spent about a month to make, because I made it, after my completion of all the affairs of the house and children.

Yeachh ... it was not easy, to divide the time, sometimes I was so tired.

Finally I could finish my stitches slipcover.

Yup ... I am quite proud and satisfied with the results.

wow ... long time I did not write on the blog. 
And I also did not sew a long time. 
I was not the person who is good at saying and writing. 
But once there is the mood and the time, I love to write. 

As usual, there is nothing so special at the end of this year. 
Children start school, Sasha at level three in elementary school, and my little one on the first level at the school kindergarten. 
ohhh .... they grow quickly, I am proud of them. 

Well ... I have started sewing again.

Change the color of picture frame.

I am among those who quickly get bored, in all things .... Included in decorating the room in the house. I often change their position in the home furnishings. My husband once joked to me .... "if I an item, will you change too?? ..... LOL .... At the moment I really like the decor Shabby or Country. Sometimes  I see decor that I like, I think I want to make it happen immediately. Well .... it all takes time, I have many plans, such as painting the house, change their color of some furniture, and of course stick with my sewing work.
 Like a week ago, I tried to change their color a picture frame. Previously look so classic, and the sad color. I replace with pastel colors, and put the pictures that I took from the internet. The result ...... enough to make the atmosphere of the room so much brighter :-) 

Crates

Useful and very cheap ..... 
In front of my house there are fruit and vegetable shop, they always throw out or give former crates of vegetables and fruits. 
I often take it to burning fireplace. 
I have long thought of making something from the crates. 
But this time crates made ​​of wood thinner and fragile. 
So I sometimes wait to find crates that I want. 
More solid and perfectly shaped. 

This I have made ​​two crates DIY .... and maybe I'll make some more.

Lately I do not do a lot more activity than my usual activities, cleaning the house, children and husband. 
Just a bit of planting and gardening activities. 
Speaking of planting, I'm trying to put some plants on the balcony. 
And it's not finished, I thought to put tables and park benches. 
So that we could relax there.

I have long thought of making the bedroom window coverings Sasha. 
But always I am lazy or forget. 
I'm not very meticulous and neat in home affairs. 
In fact, since my feet hit the floor in the morning, I have never stopped using it, always just for home affairs. 
Yes okay about home affairs are endless in talking. 

So there is a chance that I'm trying to make, with the remaining fabric. 
Then I also add banners on it. 
It's easy and looks not too bad.

Cushion for sofa

I just completed a cushion for the sofa.
This time I played with a triangular motif.
This pillow I had given to someone who has just a new house.
Maybe I'll make another couple of pillows for me.

Changes furniture

Met pagi ......
Minggu ini gak gitu banyak kegiatan di luar rumah,cuaca gak jelas kadang dingin dan kadang panas,kaya masih musim semi aja deh ....
Sampai sekarang kita-kita belum pada kepantai,yachh moga-moga minggu depan kita bisa pergi kepantai.

Minggu ini saya coba menganti look untuk buffet televisi yang ada di dapur,buffet itu sudah lama sekali usianya,sudah ada begitu saya baru datang disini :-)
Tapi kondisinya masih bagus,perlu di rubah agar terlihat baru ...

Untuk menutupi sekitar buffet,saya pakai kertas tembok,lalu saya tutup dengan kain yang tentunya harus senada dengan kertas temboknya.
Begitu juga dengan perabot yang ada di kamar mandi,untuk menutupi barang-barang yang ada di dalamnya agar tidak terlihat,saya tutup dengan kain,jadi terlihat rapi dan tidak berantakan.

Lihatkan ... kita tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya banyak untuk menganti perabot rumah agar terlihat baru,Kainnya saya pakai dari kain bekas taplak meja yang sudah tidak di pakai.

Good morning ...
This week in not so much activity in outdoor,the weather still not as clear as spring,til now we have not gone to the beach.
Hopefully next week we can go to the beach.

This week l made changes on the buffet televition in my kitchen,that furniture already had a long life,before l came here :-)
But still in good condition,need something to make it look a new.

To cover about the buffet,l use wallpaper,cut to size,then l cover with a cloth that would have to be matched with wallpaper paste is already on.
So also with the furniture in the bathroom,to cover the items that are not visible,l cover with a cloth,so it looks neat and cluttered.

See .... we do not need a lot of money to change furniture to look new.
l use fabric from old table cloth unused.
